The 2nd NORTH COTSWOLD BEER FESTIVAL, organised again by CAMRA, took place at the club at the end of September. There was a good turn out, several local bands played throughout the event and plenty of ale and cider was drank!
The 2009 season concluded with the first team continuing their winning streak with a win over Long Itchington to win the Second Division. The team looks forward to playing in the First Division again next season. The second team unfortunately lost their last match at home to Mickleton but finished in respectable 6th place in the Sixth Division. The team will look to better this position next season.
A very successful car boot sale was held at the club on August Bank Holiday with a great number of car booters and buyers alike. Here's looking forward to the next one!
