All Stars Cricket 2018

‘All Stars Cricket’ - Fun, safe and welcoming activity sessions for 5-8 year olds and their families this Spring.

This spring, North Cotswold Young Cricketers http://www.ncycc.co.uk and Moreton Cricket Club are launching brand new beginners activity sessions for 5-8 years old girls and boys and their parents, who want to have fun and see if cricket might be for them as part of the national ‘All Stars’ cricket initiative https://www.ecb.co.uk/play/all-stars. We are running a series of eight x 40 min fun activities on Friday evenings from 18:30-19:15 from May 18th through to 06th July at Moreton in Marsh Cricket Club.

We have a team of trained and accredited, local volunteer coaches on hand who will ensure that everyone has fun and feels involved. You don’t need to know anything about cricket - this is aimed at getting to grips with the basics of catching, throwing and hitting a ball – giving each child a sense of achievement and fun at the end of each session. We’ll get the parents involved too and will give you some ideas for further activities to try at home once they (and you) have the bug!

The cost of the 8 sessions will be £40 per child and in addition, each child will receive their own fabulous (and free) ‘all stars’ personalised cricket shirt and cricket essentials such as a bat, ball, cap, drinks bottle and rucksack to really make them feel part of the team! We’re expecting places to book up quickly, so to register your child please visit  https://www.ecb.co.uk/play/all-stars.

We want you to ask questions and be happy and confident that you and your family will have an enjoyable time with us. If you have any questions then our ‘all star’ team of Nick, Emma, Graham and Greg are on hand to put your mind at rest and make this as enjoyable and stress free as we can. Just phone or email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. All the coaches are specially trained and accredited to deliver the sessions, have full DBS checks, and are  regular playing and family members of the club. Contact Nick through our website
